Nihal Shahidi has a diverse work experience. In 2021, Nihal began working for Emerald Cloud Lab as a Human Resources Recruiter, Lab Operator, and Lab Operator II. Prior to that, Nihal worked for Nosh Coffee from 2017 to 2021 as an Assistant Manager/Social Media Manager. From 2016 to 2017, Nihal worked for Foothill-De Anza Community College District as an Administrative Assistant. Before that, Nihal worked for TJ Maxx from 2015 to 2016 as a Customer Service Representative.

Nihal Shahidi has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University, an Associate's degree in Psychology from De Anza College, and graduated from Cupertino High School in 2015.
