Rachel Petcoff is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Emera since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as Regulatory Counsel at Nova Scotia Power from July 2022 to May 2023 and as an Articled Clerk at Emera from May 2021 to July 2022. Rachel's legal experience also includes the position of Legal Research Assistant at Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law in April 2020 and at Wylder Corwin Kelly LLP from May 2018 to May 2019. Before transitioning to law, Rachel worked as an Educator at lululemon from April 2019 to February 2020 and as a Service Coordinator at London Life from January 2018 to July 2018. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a Certificate in Business Law from Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Brain & Cognition from the University of Guelph (2013-2017).
