Nofar Wagner began their work experience in 2019 as a Content Writer at BioAnalytics Ltd, where they worked from July 2019 to December 2019. In 2020, they joined Engineers Without Borders Israel as an Environmental Engineer Team Leader, a position they still hold. Additionally, they have been employed at Emendo Biotherapeutics since September 2020, starting as an Operations Team Member and later transitioning to the role of Research Assistant in February 2021.

Nofar Wagner completed their education from 2018 to 2022 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. During this period, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Biotechnology engineering.
