Tatiana Souslova, PhD, DABCC, currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and the Director of Laboratory Diagnostics & Innovation at eMed Digital Healthcare since 2022. Tatiana has been a Medical Laboratory Director at TridentCare since 2021. Previously, Tatiana held the position of Vice President of Medical Policy at Avalon Healthcare Solutions from 2017 to 2022, overseeing a comprehensive laboratory benefits management approach that assured guaranteed lab savings for health plans. Tatiana's earlier roles include Laboratory Director and Associate Lab Director at Millennium Health, Principal Scientist at ACM Global Central Laboratory, and postdoctoral fellow in Clinical Chemistry at Baylor Scott & White Health. Tatiana obtained a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Ottawa and has a robust educational background, including a MSc in Chemistry (Biochemistry) and a BSc in Biochemistry from UQAM.
