Grzegorz Skiba has had a diverse range of work experiences. Grzegorz started their career in 2003 as a Sales Support Engineer at Hyva. After that, they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Lear Corporation in 2005. Grzegorz then joined Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2006, where they held roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Groupleader and MRO Repair Development Engineering Groupleader until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Engineering Manager at MB Aerospace. Currently, they are working at EME Aero, where they started in 2018 as a MRO Engineering Manager and later became the Head of MRO Engineering in January 2020.

Grzegorz Skiba holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Grzegorz also studied Business/Economics at Krakow University of Economics from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Skiba has obtained various certifications related to their field, including engine training from Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH and FlightSafety International, as well as a SixSigma BlackBelt certification from Lear Corporation.
