Matt Fennessy possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as IT Associate Director for End User Services at EMD Serono, Inc., focusing on healthcare operations in the US and Canada since January 2009. Previous roles include Manager of End User Services for Northeast Americas and Information Technology Team Lead for End User Services at EMD Serono. Prior to this, Matt Fennessy held the position of Desktop Support Team Lead at State Street from January 2005 to December 2008 and began a career in desktop support at Visual Networks from July 1999 to July 2003.
