Rose Morgan has extensive work experience, starting in 1983 as the President of EMCS, Inc. Rose is currently a Board Member at Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), starting in 2018. Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at ACEC Life/Health Insurance Trust since 2012.

From 1973 to 1977, Rose Morgan attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
