Bill Tuttle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and military operations. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at EMCORE Corporation since February 2023, Bill previously held the position of Special Advisor Operations Officer with the Rhode Island Army National Guard from November 2021 to February 2023. Bill's military career includes leadership roles such as Commander of the 13th Civil Support Team (WMD) from November 2018 to November 2021, and S2/3 for the 56th Troop Command from May 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing planning, operations, and training for over 900 Soldiers. Bill's background also includes serving as Force Integration Readiness Officer for the Rhode Island Army National Guard from October 2010 to May 2015, managing force integration and mobilization for over 2100 Soldiers. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
