Ian Meaden has a strong background in facility management and operations. Ian has worked for various companies under the EMCOR Group. From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Account Manager at EMCOR Facilities Services. Ian then moved on to EMCOR Engineering Services, where they worked as a Regional General Manager from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they joined EMCOR Group (UK) plc as an Account Director from 2009 to 2016, overseeing multi-discipline services for a highly regulated defense manufacturing organization. Currently, Meaden holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at EMCOR UK, a role they have been serving in since 2016. Prior to this, they were an Executive Director of Operations at the same company from 2020 to 2024. Throughout their career, Meaden has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale operations and delivering quality service.

Ian Meaden attended Babson College in 2015 for a program called EMCOR Leadership for Results. In 2012, they completed the Ashridge Leadership Process at Hult Ashridge. Additionally, they studied Key Account Management at Cranfield School of Management from 2008 to 2009. Ian'seducation started at The Hayling School, where they attended from 1983 to 1987.
