Anthony Nieves is an experienced Project Manager at EMCOR Services MSI - Mechanical Services since October 2022, and also serves as the Business Owner of Sno-Tek Enterprises LLC since September 2017, where services include real estate consultation, remodeling, and design. Prior to these roles, Anthony managed retail facilities as Chief Engineer at Macy's from June 2012 to October 2022, overseeing building operations and energy management, and served as Engineer II for the Western Florida District. Earlier experiences include various positions at Best Buy and a maintenance engineer role at Silver Cup Studios, along with a custodian/foreman position at PS 250k. Anthony's educational background includes studies at Louisiana State University and CUNY York College, as well as training in HVAC/R and General Construction from Local 32BJ Thomas Shortman Institute.
