Holly Rose Bennett serves as the Reverse Mentoring Programme Manager for Catalysts Norway since August 2023, overseeing the development and implementation of the Reverse Mentoring Programme across various organizations in Norway. With extensive experience in mentoring and coaching, Holly has held multiple positions within the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) since 2019, including roles as an accreditation assessor, HR lead, and mentor hub programme manager. As the founder and coach at Coequal Consulting, Holly provides tailored advisory services to optimize mentoring and coaching initiatives for organizations. Previous roles include Evaluation & Capitalisation Manager at Leger Uten Grenser and various administrative and educational positions at Curtin University. Holly holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Resource Management from Curtin University.
