Joyce Luna is a seasoned professional in the outdoor media industry with extensive experience spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at EMC Outdoor since April 2015, Joyce manages campaigns across the USA, Canada, and Europe, having previously held the role of Client Services Manager.
