Tay Tran has extensive experience in the IT support and service industry, currently holding the position of Support og Leveranseansvarlig at Rejlers Embriq AS since November 2012, focusing on the installation, testing, support, and maintenance of SaaS and on-premise solutions for clients. Previously, Tay Tran worked as a Kundekonsulent at Hafslund, providing onsite support for hardware and software and managing ICT orders. Tay Tran began the career as an IKT-lærling at Malakoff Videregående Skole from June 2008 to November 2010, completing the apprenticeship with a very good passing grade. Educational background includes VG2 in IKT-Servicefag from Halden Videregående Skole and a degree in Service og samferdsel from Malakoff Videregående Skole.
