Gilmar Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, project management, and academia. As a Senior Researcher at Embrapa since April 2011, Gilmar Souza holds a Ph.D. and demonstrates expertise in various certifications, including ISO and CMMI. Previously, Gilmar Souza served as Head of Quality & Certifications at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing significant projects for major corporations such as Vale do Rio Doce and Chesf. Gilmar Souza also contributed to education as an MBA professor specializing in IT Governance and Corporate Strategy at institutions like DeVry Educacional do Brasil and FAAG. With a diverse educational background encompassing degrees in Biology, Computer Science, Economics, and Industrial Engineering, Gilmar Souza further pursued postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Biotechnology.
