Raul Villaron's work experience includes positions at Embraer and STB Student Travel Bureau. At Embraer, they held various roles such as Vice President Sales & Marketing, Head of Region for APAC and Vice President Sales - Middle East and Africa - Commercial Aviation. Raul also served as Director Marketing & Sales - EMEA, where they managed a team and was responsible for the marketing activities of Embraer Commercial Aviation in the EMEA region. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing & Sales Analyst, focusing on market analysis, forecasting, and sales support. Before joining Embraer, they worked as a Sales Consultant at STB Student Travel Bureau.

- From 2002 to 2008, they attended EEI - Escola de Engenharia Industrial and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- In 2008, they briefly studied Air Transport Management at Cranfield University.
