Niklas Wassberg is a finance professional with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Currently, Wassberg is involved in financial integration, development, and onboarding at Embracer Group since January 2023, focusing on purchase price allocations in accordance with IFRS. Previously, Wassberg served on the Board of Directors at BRF Norra Färjestad from June 2020 to June 2023 and worked as an Assistant Audit Manager at EY from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included auditing Swedish small and mid-size companies as well as group audits for PIE-companies. Wassberg gained foundational experience as a sales representative at Sportringen from November 2012 to January 2018. Academically, Wassberg holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in Accounting from Karlstad University, completed between 2014 and 2018, and attended Stjerneskolan in Torsby from 2007 to 2011.
