Angela Tshimanga has over 18 years of experience in payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at European Care since April 2005. Prior to this role, Angela held the same position at the Commonwealth Secretariat from November 2004 to February 2005. Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from London Metropolitan University, where studies took place from 1992 to 1996.
