Stephanie Smetana is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Embrace Families since May 2018, where responsibilities include benefits management, payroll, strategic planning, and performance development activities. Additionally, Stephanie has been a Human Resources Specialist at Community Based Care of Central Florida since November 2014, focusing on employee development, performance management, and recruitment processes. Prior experience includes the role of Central Florida Volunteer Walk Coordinator for the PKD Foundation, and a stint as a Volunteer Pitching Coach with Winter Park Babe Ruth Softball, as well as serving as a Mediation Case Manager at Upchurch Watson White & Max. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keene State College.
