Poonam Bose is a seasoned professional in data management and governance, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Data Management and Governance at EmblemHealth since February 2015, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to enhance data initiatives and aligning corporate strategy with business goals. Poonam has held critical roles at organizations such as JPMorgan Chase as a Data Management and Analytics PMO, and at EmblemHealth as a contractor overseeing state and federal regulatory report delivery. A technical project manager previously with Gallagher Bassett and GAB Robins, Poonam has extensive experience in managing data warehouse projects and implementing complex data structures, beginning a career as a Data Specialist at American Cyanamid and a Programmer Analyst at Nucleus Software Exports Limited. Poonam holds a Post Graduate degree in Software Engineering from Aptech and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Agra University.
