Bjorn Andersen is the CEO and Founder of Advenio People P/S, specializing in recruiting for Europe's successful startups since 2012. In addition to leading Advenio, Andersen is an investor and Limited Partner at Emblem and at ZTLment. As a founder of Agentify.me, Andersen has also made significant early investments in Omnio, which was acquired by IBM in 2022, and Peakon, which exited to Workday in 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Manager for Antal International in the Nordics and headhunting with SAM Headhunting, alongside a background in senior sales management at IDC. Bjorn Andersen holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Humboldt University and completed high school studies in linguistics at Herlufsholm boarding school.
