Togga (Þorgerður) Benediktsdóttir is a seasoned professional in customer experience and pharmaceutical marketing, currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at Össur since February 2019. In this role, Togga is instrumental in establishing a new Customer Experience function and managing several key teams including Global Marketing and Global Customer Service. Prior to Össur, Togga held various leadership positions at Pfizer from August 2013 to February 2019, overseeing the rare disease portfolio in Denmark and Finland, among other responsibilities. Togga's earlier experience includes roles in sales and marketing management at Icepharma and regulatory affairs at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Togga holds an MBA from Reykjavik University and multiple degrees from Háskóli Íslands, including a BA in Political Science, Organizational Behavior and HR, and a BSc in Biology.
