Pranav Kumar is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on leadership hiring and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Embitel Technologies since March 2019, Pranav is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and various HR activities, including performance management and employee engagement. Previous roles include Recruitment Lead at Advent Global Solutions, Lead Technical Recruiter at GRACE System Technology Labs, and Lead Recruiter at Veave, among others. Pranav also possesses a degree in Human Resources Management from CHCMS, acquired between 2006 and 2009.
