Brandie Shaw, MBA, has over two decades of experience in sales leadership and business development. Brandie is currently working as a Sales strategy consultant and Fractional VP of Sales at Rochester IT & Business Solutions, where they help clients implement go-to-market strategies and sales processes based on data analysis and best practices. Prior to this, Brandie worked at Merative (formerly Watson Health) as a Specialty and Inside Seller, delivering customized SaaS software solutions to clients in various medical specialties and exceeding $1 million in sales per year. Brandie also managed projects with key accounts such as Kaiser Permanente and University of Chicago. Before Merative, Brandie served as a Specialty Solutions Seller at IBM - Watson Health. Brandie also has experience as a National Sales Manager at Coburn Technologies, where they increased medical device sales revenue in the U.S. Brandie was a National Sales Manager at Briot, USA, where they significantly increased unit sales in their territory. Additionally, Brandie has worked as a Freelance Humor columnist for Gem Magazine LI and as a Sales Director at Platinum Lens, where they achieved a 20% increase in sales and expanded the customer base. Earlier in their career, they served as a Client Manager at Davis Vision and as a Sales Representative at Luxottica Eyewear and Marchon Eyewear. Throughout their career, Brandie has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth and successfully manage client relationships.

Brandie Shaw, MBA has a diverse education history. Brandie began their academic journey in 1981 at PD Scheiber High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 1985. After completing their secondary education, Brandie attended SUNY Oneonta from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science.

In 1995, Brandie enrolled at Suffolk County Community College and pursued a degree in Opticianry, completing their Associate in Applied Science (ABOC) in 1997. Building upon their foundation in healthcare, they later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Excelsior University from 2016 to 2017.

Continuing their educational journey, Brandie earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Walden University from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Brandie has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skillset. These include Agile Project Management and Project Management from Google, obtained in 2023, as well as Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, obtained in 2020. Furthermore, they attained Six Sigma Statistics and Graphical Presentation certification from Skillsoft in 2020.
