Toni Salles is an experienced packaging designer with a strong background in branding and product packaging. Currently employed at Embelleze since September 2022, Toni is responsible for managing independent design projects, conducting thorough market research, and developing innovative design strategies aligned with marketing objectives. Previous roles include designing packaging for notable brands such as Tylenol and Carrefour at RAF Design and Pande Strategy & Design, respectively. Toni also served as Creative Director at Polo Criativo®, founding Brazil's first creative economy school, and held significant roles at Niely Cosméticos. Toni holds an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Estácio.
