Celia Courtright has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Celia started their career as a Business Analyst at American Management Systems (AMS) in 1998. Celia then worked as a Programmer at Soapbox.com in 2000, followed by a Senior Engineer role at Northrop Grumman in 2001. In 2002, they worked as an Engineer at White Oak Technologies. From 2006 to 2012, Celia worked at GE Intelligent Platforms as a Project Manager, focusing on Business Intelligence and data warehousing projects. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at DataXu, first as an Engineering Manager - Big Data, and then as a Principal Data Architect. In 2018, they moved to Chewy where they worked as a Software Manager. In 2020, Celia joined EverQuote as a Director and Engineering Lead. Most recently, they are an Engineering Leader at Embark Veterinary.

Celia Courtright received their B.A. in Theirtory from Yale University in 1998, and then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Maryland in 2005.
