Amy Welker CPA, Macc has a wealth of experience in accounting and financial management. Amy began their career in 2003 as an Accountant IV at Wells Fargo, where they prepared and reviewed files for the Annual Report, 10-K, 10Q’s and quarterly earnings releases. In 2007, they moved to CBS Interactive as a Senior Accountant in the Financial Reporting department, where they were responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation for the Annual Report, 10-K and 10-Q’s. In 2010, Amy took on the role of Accounting Manager at Talenthouse, Inc., where they were in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, monthly close, and report preparation. In 2013, they became Accounting Manager at Sunrun, where they managed a team of accountants and created and reviewed journal entries and reconciliations. From 2015 to 2018, Amy was Self-Employed, providing contracting and consulting services from Controller down to bookkeeper, payroll processing and small business accounting. Amy specialized in accounting for businesses in the cannabis industry. In 2018, they became Accounting Manager at Gaia Inc., and in 2017, they were a Contract Controller at Ledgent. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Controller at Embarc.

Amy Welker CPA, Macc obtained their Masters of Accountancy from Golden Gate University in 2007. Amy obtained their BS in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University - College of Business in 1994. Amy also obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Additionally, they obtained a CPA certification from the CA Board of Accountancy.
