Nora Gärtner started their career in 2007 as a Projektmanager Customer Support at LOMEX MEDIA GmbH. Nora worked in this role until 2014. In the same year, they joined Emarsys as a Team Lead Technical Client Services. Since 2023, Nora has been working as the Regional Client Support Director MEE at Emarsys.

Nora Gärtner's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftskommunikation from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Fachabitur in Kunstgeschichte und Kommunikation at G5 Hamburg from 2003 to 2005. Their earlier education includes a Staatlich geprüfter Assistent für Screen Design degree in Web Design from Berufliche Schule für Medien und Kommunikation Steinhauerdamm Hamburg, completed from 2001 to 2003.
