Hana Mayer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hana started their career at upc cablecom in 2005, where they held positions such as Supervisor After Sales & Billing, Teamleader After Sales & Billing, and Manager Service Points. In these roles, they were responsible for increasing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, managing customer service, and executing retention strategies.
In 2013, Hana Mayer joined Emarsys as an Account & Project Manager. Hana then moved on to become the Director Business Operations & Market Lead CH in 2015 and the Head of Client Success Operations in 2018. In 2020, they took on the position of Director, Client Success SMB CSE. Currently, they serve as the Global Director, Digital Client Success at Emarsys.

Hana has also shown their expertise in training and development, designing and delivering comprehensive trainings that improved sales, administrative, and technical support skills.
