Nita Alexandru Catalin possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Steve Madden since September 2023, Nita previously worked as a Computing Equipment Technician at eMan from June 2020. Prior to that, Nita held the position of Call Center Supervisor at CGS from January 2019 to June 2020 and was an Assistant Sales Manager at Direct Marketing Group from September 2017 to October 2018.
