Biplob Banerjee serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emami Ltd since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Previously, Biplob held the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at USV Pharma from March 2021 to December 2023, and served as Chief People Officer at ABD from November 2018 to March 2021. Biplob's career also includes significant positions at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. as Executive Vice President of HR and CSR, and at GlaxoSmithKline in Human Resources for India.
