Casius Morea has extensive work experience in the technology and software industry. In 1998, they founded BWM Mediasoft Group, a company focused on E-Commerce and Cloud distributions. As the owner, Casius drove growth and innovation by identifying challenges and implementing practical platform approaches.

In 2018, Casius became the CEO of EmailTree.ai, an end-to-end solution aimed at increasing email productivity and automating email composition. Using NLP/NLU, ML, and RPA techniques, Casius pioneered a system that significantly reduced the time spent by customer service and support teams in managing emails and other text inputs.

Casius Morea pursued their education between 1995 and 2001 at Aix-Marseille University, where they obtained a degree in Business Law. In January 2019, they also completed a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
