Deena Plank, CPP has over 35 years of work experience, starting with their time in the US Navy as a Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class from 1985 to 1989. Deena then joined Metallized Carbon Corporation where they worked as a Purchasing Manager for nine years until 2009. From there, Deena moved on to FALA Technologies Inc, where they served as a Corporate Buyer from 2009 to 2012. Deena then joined Mastercraft Industries, Inc. as a Senior Buyer and worked there for four years until 2016. Currently, Deena is employed at eMagin Corporation, where they have held various roles such as Buyer, Director of Procurement, and Sr. Director of Procurement since 2016.

Deena Plank, CPP is a professional with a degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the American Purchasing Society. In 2022, they also obtained the certification of Certified Safety Manager from the National Association of Safety Professionals.
