Manu C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Special Projects - Analytics at IDFC FIRST Bank. With a focus on customer experience and business process reengineering, Manu has held critical leadership roles across various financial institutions, including Oracle and Bermuda Commercial Bank, where responsibilities included designing methodologies for business process redesign and standard operating procedures. Previous positions at CIBC First Caribbean International Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank involved managing expansive teams and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.
