Tabby Conrow is a seasoned professional in business development and asset management with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at EMA, Inc., since December 2021, Tabby focuses on identifying program and process gaps, writing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Previously, Tabby held various leadership roles at General Mills, including Corporate Supply Chain Maintenance & Reliability Manager, where strategic plans were developed to enhance system reliability across multiple manufacturing sites. Tabby's expertise in reliability engineering, team management, and continuous improvement is further demonstrated through prior roles at Holcim and Hercules, alongside a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Washington University.
