Kelsey Girard, EIT, is a Project Engineer at EM Structural since January 2023, with a solid academic foundation in Architectural Engineering from Oklahoma State University, where a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, was earned in 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for Statics and Introduction to Engineering at Oklahoma State University, providing guidance to over 60 students weekly, conducting office hours, and grading assignments. Additionally, Kelsey gained valuable industry experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at Wallace Design Collective and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, contributing to various engineering tasks such as gravity and timber design, code checks, and site visits. Earlier managerial experience was obtained as an Assistant Retail Manager at Family Dollar, focusing on inventory management and customer service.
