Victor Carbayo has extensive work experience in the IT field. Victor started their career in 1987 as a Software Engineer at SBS Consulting. From 1989 to 1991, Victor worked as a Database Specialist at ONCE, where they focused on Oracle database design and optimization. In 1991, they joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Software Specialist IV. Victor then moved on to ELZABURU in 1994, where they held the position of IT Director for almost 30 years. Currently, they serve as the CISO at ELZABURU.

Victor Carbayo began their education at the Universidad de Valladolid, where they pursued a degree in Physics from 1975 to 1981. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the Instituto de Humanidades y Negocios HUNE in 2009 for a year. However, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period. In 2008, Victor enrolled at the Universidad de Alcalá, where they completed a Master's degree in Speech. During the same period, they also pursued another Master's degree at the Escuela de Negocios CEU in People Administration.
