Neil Sengupta is a data scientist specializing in advanced battery technologies with experience at WAE and Elysia since February 2023, focusing on data analytics and machine learning solutions for battery diagnostics and prognostics. Prior roles include serving as a battery data scientist at Brill Power from January 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed machine learning and deep learning model development, as well as cell testing and characterization. Neil also contributed as a data science intern, engaging in cell characterization and machine learning analytics. Earlier academic experience includes a role as a graduate student research assistant at RWTH Aachen University, working on battery diagnostics and prognostics algorithm development while earning a Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
