Mattias Ahlstedt has a work experience of over 20 years, starting in 2000 with Ernst & Young as a Redovisningskonsult och Revisor. Mattias then joined Grant Thornton Sweden in 2009 as a Redovisningsledare, eventually becoming a Partner in 2016. In 2018, they became a Certifierad affärsrådgivare before leaving the company in 2020. Currently, they work as the CFO at Elvenite.

Mattias Ahlstedt attended Karlstad University from 1996 until 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics.
