Guro Tollefsen started their work experience in 2016 as a Project Manager at Elvenite, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Sopra Steria as a Bid Coordinator, where they managed the company's extensive digitalization service portfolio for large private and public organizations in Scandinavia. In 2019, Guro became a Resource Consultant at TietoEVRY, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Elvenite since February 2022.
