Kristi Cherundolo has held several positions in the design industry since 2005. Kristi began their career as the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Fifty Six Inch Designs, a design consulting firm sourcing and managing interior design, graphic design, photography, and event coordination projects. As an Interior Designer and General Contractor, they conceptualized overall design and created renderings of design concepts for clients in addition to managing budgets. Kristi also attended international trade shows to source products for clients.
In 2013, Kristi moved on to Elum Designs, Inc., a stationery company specializing in letterpress cards, stationery products, housewares and tabletop product. As the Executive Creative Director, they envisioned, developed and implemented a strategic product development plan that supported the annual sales plan by innovating over 200 new products in 8 years, resulting in a significant increase in revenue and maintaining a healthy gross profit margin. Kristi also sourced, established terms, and negotiated pricing with overseas manufacturing partners.
Most recently, in 2020, Kristi joined Elum Wellness as the Executive Creative Director. Forecasting the Covid-19 environment, they envisioned and implemented a new company identity and branding, catering to capitalize on differentiating market segments such as medical facilities, grocery, convenience, and police headquarters. Kristi prioritized initiatives, developed and executed a new product line within 6 weeks, generating significant increase in revenue and maintaining a high gross profit margin. Kristi also strategized and implemented a cross-platform marketing campaign.
Kristi Cherundolo graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts.
