Brett Rench, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brett is currently working as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Elucent Medical, Inc. since July 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager specializing in Respiratory products at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from July 2021 to June 2022.

In their previous role at Veran Medical Technologies, Brett held multiple positions. Brett started as a Clinical Application Specialist in May 2017 and later became an Associate Bronchoscopic Product Manager from November 2018 to October 2019. Brett then served as a Bronchoscopic Product Manager from October 2019 to June 2020, and finally as a Group Product Manager from June 2020 to July 2021.

Prior to their career in the medical technology industry, Brett worked as a Neurophysiologist at Phoenix from March 2016 to May 2017. Brett also gained experience in the public sector as an Eligibility Analyst at the State of Illinois - Illinois State Police from December 2013 to March 2016.

Brett's earliest work experience was at Blackburn College, where they held two positions. Brett served as a Development Associate from August 2009 to May 2012 and later became the Work Program General Manager from March 2012 to May 2013.

Brett Rench holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Anna Maria College, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Blackburn College between 2009 and 2013.
