Sebastian Aniszewski is an experienced business professional with a strong background in strategy, business development, and leadership. Currently serving as an Advisor at Eltrea Group, a Partner at Joigro, and an Entrepreneur In Residence at Coventures, Sebastian focuses on creating value, driving growth for Finnish SMEs, and helping clients solve complex challenges. Previously, as Business Director at Lassila & Tikanoja, Sebastian led the Service Accelerator growth function and oversaw a team of 30 professionals, while also holding various leadership roles in business development. Earlier experience includes a position as Management Consultant at Ernst & Young Finland, where Sebastian contributed to numerous performance improvement projects across diverse industries. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Economics and attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
