Kasun Jayarathne has extensive experience in production and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Production Executive at ELSTEEL since March 2015, after progressing from the role of Production Executive. Prior to this, Kasun gained valuable experience as a Trainee in Plastic Injection Molding at Elastomeric Engineering Pvt Ltd and in Solid Tyre Production and Research and Development at Trelleborg Group. Educational qualifications include a degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the University of Moratuwa, a Master's degree in Project Management from Asia e University, a Diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka, and an Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka).
