Zoe Stefanidou has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Zoe began their career as a Hospital Specialist at Sandoz from 1992 to 1997. Zoe then worked at Novartis from 1998 to 2013, where they held various roles including Brand Director/Manager, Marketing Manager Oncology Region Europe, Regional Brand Leader for Europe and Italy, Head of Key Account Management, and Head of Payor Relations. In these positions, they were responsible for managing relationships with social security funds, developing market access strategies, and coordinating marketing activities across multiple markets. Since 2014, Zoe has been working at WinMedica as the Head of Corporate Affairs, overseeing relationships with health care institutions, partners, and stakeholders. In 2016, they also took on the role of International Market Access Head at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc.

Zoe Stefanidou completed their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy at Athens Technological Institute from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 1986 to 1992. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Health Policy from the University of Peloponnese.
