Stelios Loukakis started their work experience in 2018 as the Innovation and Advanced Technologies Officer at QualiMetrix S.A. Stelios held this position from September 2018 to June 2020. Following that, they joined Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. in February 2021 as a Research and Development Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Stelios Loukakis completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which they pursued from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control from the same university, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
