Martha Nikolaidou has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Martha is currently working as a Clinical Research Manager at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc., a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Pharmathen from January 2012 to September 2017, serving as a Pharmacokinetist at the Clinical Operations Department. Martha also worked as a Guest Researcher (Pharmacometrics) at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, from February 2011 to August 2011. Before that, they were a Lecturer at the University of Ioannina from March 2010 to August 2010. Martha started their career as a Pharmacokinetist - Chemist at the Biomedical Research Center in Greece in April 2003 and worked there until March 2010. Martha also had a role as a Researcher, Scientific Associate at the University of Ioannina from March 2000 to April 2003.

Martha Nikolaidou completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. Following this, they pursued their doctoral studies in Pharmacology at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina in Greece, from 2003 to 2009.
