Destree leads strategic and tactical People operations, providing counsel, developing roadmaps, and executing on all people related initiatives. Aimed at creating an engaging workplace for the eLogicians and owning eLogic’s focus on Top Talent, she drives talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and retention, learning and career development, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.

Destree previously managed Talent Strategy at a financial consulting firm where she focused on employment branding, non-traditional recruitment strategies, succession planning, and performance management. As the pioneer in this role, she generated dynamic business growth through talent activities in a traditionally level company.

In her early career, she was an executive recruiter for C-suite roles at Fortune 500 companies including Goldman Sachs, Chevron, DuPont, Corning, Microsoft, and E*Trade. She led multiple strategic staffing initiatives and full department buildouts to capitalize on quickly changing market demands. Destree holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from New York University.
