Staffan Nordin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Staffan began their career as a Business Developer at TwoByFour Software in 2001. Staffan then worked as a Regional Account Manager at Amphenol, where they were responsible for developing new strategic accounts in the handheld electronics market. In 2004, Nordin became a Business Unit Manager at AB Tradex Converting, where they handled the profit and loss responsibility for a global business unit.

In 2006, Nordin joined Brady Corporation and held several positions, including Sales and Marketing Director for the mobile handset division, Global Strategic Sourcing Director, and Global Platform Director. Staffan was responsible for leading the annual strategy development process, managing product portfolios, and overseeing strategic sourcing in Asia.

Nordin's career continued at Fameco Group AB, where they served as an Area Business Leader. In 2017, they returned to Elof Hansson Group and took on the role of Business Development Director. Staffan later became the Managing Director of Elof Hansson Fiber B.V., responsible for the profit and loss of the Dutch legal entity.

Currently, Nordin holds the position of Managing Director at Elof Hansson USA Inc. This role entails profit and loss responsibility for the US legal entity focused on building materials, with an annual sales revenue of $70 million. In addition, they are a Member of the Board of Directors at Fibu AB.

Throughout their career, Nordin has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive strategy execution, and manage business units while ensuring profitability and growth.

Staffan Nordin has a diverse education history that spans several fields of study. In 1986, they completed their degree in Mechanical Engineering at Hvitfeldska Gymnasiet. From 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Science in Corporate Finance at Gothenburg University School of Economics. In 1996, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley. Most recently, in 2022, they earned a Board Certificate from Board Company.
