Kaisa Kallio is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in the Finnish real estate sector. Currently, Kaisa has been with Elo since September 2012, focusing on direct and indirect investments in real estate. Prior to this role, Kaisa served as Portfolio Manager at Tapiola Real Estate Ltd, managing significant portfolios for Tapiola Mutual Pension Insurance Company and the housing fund Tapiola KR IV Ky. Kaisa began the professional journey at NCC Property Development Oy as a Real Estate Analyst and Assistant Business Controller. Additionally, Kaisa contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant at Aalto University, culminating in a Master's Thesis on the dynamics of commercial property markets in Finland. Kaisa holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Economics and Valuation from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 2007.
