Teresa Shindoll has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1999, they began their career at Lineage Power, Lucent Technologies, and Tyco Electronics Power Systems, where they worked as an Inside Sales Support professional. Teresa continued this role until 2011, when they joined GE Critical Power as an Inside Sales / Customer Service representative. At GE Critical Power, they served in this position for over 11 years until August 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Care OEM Specialist at Elo Touch Solutions, starting in May 2022.

Teresa Shindoll has attended Dallas Baptist University and is currently 40% complete in earning their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
